1. Orders accepted for plants supply in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh only. 

2. RESALE IS NOT PERMITTED.

3. Any payments received and found not eligible for delivery of plants, is subjected to refund within 10 working days upon valid refund request by customer.

4. Company typically reserves the right to accept or reject orders at any stage of the order process, including the point of dispatch.
